Dr. Parade joined Conyers Animal Hospital in 2026, bringing years of emergency medicine and veterinary care experience to the team.
She earned her bachelor's degree in avian biology from the University of Georgia in 2017, then went on to receive her DVM from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. From 2021 to 2022, she completed a rotating internship at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists, where she gained broad exposure to specialty and emergency cases early in her career.
Her clinical interests include emergency procedures, surgery, and ultrasound. Her time in emergency and specialty settings shaped the way she works through urgent cases, and she enjoys the problem-solving that comes with them.
At home, Dr. Parade keeps a full house: Max the dog and three cats, Boots, Patrick, and Fury. She has a soft spot for mixed breeds and mutts. When she is not at the clinic, she spends her time reading, traveling, hiking with her dog, playing video games, and being with her husband and family.
